Członkiem Klubu – Partnerem Fundacji może zostać prowadząca działalność gospodarczą osoba fizyczna lub prawna, która zapoznała się ze Statutem Fundacji, akceptuje Regulamin Klubu, oraz deklaruje regularne wsparcie materialne i organizacyjne określone w Regulaminie Klubu dla działalności statutowej Fundacji i regulaminowej Klubu. Akces wstąpienia do Klubu Biznesu można zgłaszać do Fundacji telefonicznie lub poczta e-mail albo przez rekomendację Partnera Fundacji.

b) Współpraca z krajowymi i zagranicznymi instytucjami, organizacjami i placówkami kulturalnymi oraz osobami fizycznymi w zakresie objętym celami Fundacji, a także z mediami elektronicznymi i prasą wykazującymi zainteresowanie celami Fundacji.
c) Umacnianie wśród Członków Klubu zasady wzajemnej pomocy,
d) Tworzenie forum dla dyskusji nad sprawami społeczno-kulturalnymi,
e) Promowanie kultury wrocławskiej,
f) Krzewienie wśród ludzi idei bezinteresownej pracy na rzecz społeczeństwa,
g) Inicjowanie i wspieranie działalności naukowej, naukowo badawczej i oświatowej, działalności kulturalnej i artystycznej, w tym także renowacji zabytków i adaptacji obiektów na działalność kulturalną
h) Inicjowanie i wspieranie lokalnych inicjatyw społecznych w dziedzinie kultury,
i) Wspieranie wybranych działań kulturalnych we Wrocławiu,
j) Promowanie partnerstwa w biznesie,
k) Umacnianie prestiżu prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej we Wrocławiu,
l) Pozyskiwanie zasobów materialnych w celu wspierania działalności Fundacji,
